The Globe Forum office is at the moment working a lot from Gdansk, Poland. In October 28th-29th Globe Forum will organise a large sustainability conference here.

The city is absolutely fascinating! It is beautiful, mysterious and history is always present.

You have a large population with scars from some of the worst episodes of European history, but at the same time Poland has millions of young people, excited and optimistic about the future.

Sustainability is still quite new on the official agendas, but when you speak to the young people of Poland – nothing is more important.

It feels like the right place to be.
